To promote the client’s Healthcare brand to all prospective clients and healthcare professionals, undertake assessment of new referrals and reviews of current service user care plans as well as assist in the recruitment and interviewing of potential new staff. There will be a requirement to manage appraisal and supervision of staff
Provide person centred nursing care and support to service users, their families and healthcare assistants.
Participate as part of a team and using a person-centred approach, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care delivered.
Maintain and oversee the maintenance of appropriate associated service user records.
This isn’t a hands-on nursing role as our HCA’s actually deliver the hands-on care in our service users own home
Based out of the Merseyside office but travel regularly to the service users’ homes.
Main duties are care planning, risk assessing, Mar charts, regular reviews and updating of these documents, delivering training, competency checks with HCA’s daily logs reviews. Supporting with the implementation of new packages of care. Liaising regularly with other healthcare professionals.
Mainly children’s packages of care with a few adults.
Essential – a valid NMC pin, a car driver and access to a car
Have complex care experience, ideally trachy, fully ventilated, peg feed etc
