To manage and develop home Healthcare Services within the office with a particular responsibility for a designated area or market, promoting a professional and quality service. To recruit and maintain adequate numbers of Healthcare Assistants and establish a substantial client base. To help increase profitability, work within current legislation and adhere to company policies

This role is more about the right person fit. Doesn’t necessarily have to have previous experience in this role but some office experience and healthcare background would be preferred but not essential. Needs to have great customer service and communication skills. This office is an extremely busy fast paced environment and can be quite a demanding role.

Main duties

They will have responsibility for managing a case load of packages and all of the day to day tasks associated with them

Ensure the packages are fully staffed and rotas completed a month in advance

Dealing with any staff issues, incident, complaints etc

Carrying out staff supervisions, appraisals, investigations

On call rota – additional payments made
