Manage the training compliance of our existing workforce. To ensure all company policies, procedures and legislation are followed to establish a fully compliant workforce that is ready for work. Supporting all the administration in relation to recruitment and compliance processes
We would like someone with recruitment and onboarding/compliance experience, doesn’t have to be in the healthcare sector but this would be a nice to have. This is not a 360 recruiter role as all of the sourcing and pre screening of candidates and advertising is all done by our central recruitment team. This role will mainly be carrying out the interviews with our healthcare assistants and if successful working closely with our compliance team to get all of the onboarding documentation, DBS, RTW etc, carrying out the inductions and booking onto training. Also responsible for making sure that ongoing mandatory training is up to date for all workers.
